Our proprietary memory module allows the AI to have short and long-term memory and reference information from previous conversations. All user data in the memory module is fully encrypted and non-PII. If the user mentioned their dog's name is Fido and Fido is sick today, a week later the AI may ask if Fido is feeling better! The AI remembers things you talked about or told them in the past.
